Nancy was born and brought up at Charity Farm, Cranbrook and now lives in the centre of the town. She is working hard as a parish and borough councillor ensuring that local voices are heard. To better understand the bigger picture of the challenges faced by our rural area she is studying for a Masters degree in Spatial Planning.

Being in charge of the Neighbourhood Plan project in Cranbrook and Sissinghurst since 2016 and being a borough councillor since 2019 has enabled me to reach out, listen to our rural residents, businesses and community groups, and to ensure these local voices are heard by the council.

I believe that local government works best when represented by those who are not tied to national party agendas.
